We need to remove irrelevant FakeYou records that do not impact the
ArtCraft product
- 87M irrelevant media file records (no relation to ArtCraft)
- 105M jobs records (which we purge occasionally anyway)
- lots of other files: audit logs, old/irrelevant stripe event logs,
feed data, etc. etc.

Make sure gatsby doesn't harm the website dependencies
...
There will be additional work required to change the build scripts and
invoke Gatsby builds, but this will keep the two hermetically disjoint
and perhaps allow us to introduce the engine and library code in the
near future.
